Refund policy

 

Twenty-Four Thrones will not issue credits or refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. 

AI Art Prints
There is no return policy for AI art prints at the moment. All sales are final after checkout. Subject to applicable law, we will not provide a refund if you are to change your mind. Damaged or wrong products will be handled separately, we will gladly provide a replacement, but we will be unable to provide a refund. Please do send us an email if that ever happens to see the next steps.
The below returns terms & guidelines only applies to products outside of AI Art Prints.

Returns Terms & Guidelines for Exchanges

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • Please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
  • Twenty-Four Thrones is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

Canceling your Order
To cancel or change an order you must contact shop@twentyfourthrones.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Failure to Deliver
Any products shipped back to Twenty-Four Thrones as a RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility, will be subject to a USD$10 (USD$30 for international customers) RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. 
So please make sure your address is correct during checkout, and monitor the tracking of your delivery closely to best avoid your order being returned back to us by the shipper. Customers who paid full retail price could use their one time free exchange quota for a free reshipment.

Any product shipped back to Twenty-Four Thrones as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded up to half of the total order amount on your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or masks). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 


To start a return, you can contact us at shop@twentyfourthrones.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and a refund or exchange would not be issued.
